This Guy called Charlie charge 35$ at first just to look what problem is there in laptop, if he cant fix, that money will not be return and if he found the problem he will charge another extra fee (he said he will charge 100$ just to install new OS) just to repair simple things and if he have to change any parts of laptop he will charge even higher including the price of parts. I personally won’t recommend this place.

The person in charge was nice but I feel scammed as they don't seem to have to ability to repair my laptop but still charge me $35. My laptop has a key fell off and I was to pay $35 and he will try to fix it. He gave the laptop back to me, the key was stick on the keyboard but I could hardly press it. Before I bring it there I can still type it. I still had to pay $35 for nothing. If you ever need to repair your computer, I recommend you to go somewhere more reputable.
