I had a really disappointing experience at this location, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Rachael. From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. When I asked for help, she seemed bothered and gave me vague, unhelpful answers. Rachael’s attitude left a bad impression. I would suggest better customer service training or perhaps a more friendly face at the front desk.

I have been a patient of Dr Abaszko for over 10 years and have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel her receptionist. Rachel has such a pleasant personality and deals with all Dr Abrazko's patients with compassion and care and with a cheerful demeanour. It is always nice to be greeted by this cheerful face, even when your are in pain.

I can only talt about her secretary who I had the misfortune to deal with I was told on the 1st conversation to send my doctors referral in via fax which I didn't receive a return call and after about 4 day's I rang to ask if they received my fax that yes they did and would get back to me eventually.
Another few weeks past I resent my request with a footnote asking for some sort of reply to which after another week still have had no result

On behalf of my mother-in-law, Ljubica Zrnic, we would like to provide some positive feedback to Doctor Renata and her team.

For the last 24 years my mother-in-law had been suffering with major back pain.

She was very nervous beginning this process as we had a lot of hope that this would fix the concern that she had with her back.

With the surgery complete, my mother-in-law was able to move freely and do the normal day to day things without any pain.

When going through this process, she met many people in your team that were always very kind to her and very supportive. From your reception team and your surgery assistants, they explained everything to me clearly and gave her hope.

The way you have helped my mother-in-law, the entire family will be forever grateful as we do not see her in pain and no longer taking medication to ease the pain.

For anyone that has experienced any pain or injuries in their back, we know that we can recommend you and your team.

Dr Abraszko has been my primary Neurologist / Neurosurgeon since suffering a spinal cord injury in 2019. She is a brilliant physician, some of my other doctors refer to her as the best - there's very good reasons why.

Her reception/staff are absolutely unreal at what they do, always willing to help and always try their best to do what they can and be accommodating.

Sometimes people aren't happy with the results surgery offers, or they aren't happy with what is medicinally/surgically possible. This is the only reason I can think of as to why there are any reviews less than 5 stars.

She is STILL my primary physician in this field, I literally trust her and her staff with my life - and will continue to do so until I am better.

Don't mess around when it comes to your health ; she's one of if not the best in Sydney.

Walked into the doctors office after 12 months of back pain, lots of physio and chiropractic to no avail sent me for a MRI on a Thursday by Sunday of that week I was in hospital preparing for what we thought was a cyst but turns out to be a schwannoma tumour 9 weeks later now no pain healed and grateful to be alive and well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Couldn't get passed her T&C's
Quote approx: ' won't be liable for delay in response' Asked for approximate definintion of delay to resceptionist, to which there was no response' ask to speak to Dr to further the understanding of 'Delay' T&C's. This was also declined.
Therefore I can only recommend that if urgency is required don't try here! Zero star.
