I'm not yet sure how my studies here will turn out but the first impression of the University is that it's dashingly picturesque. The staff here are also quite friendly and helpful, which is a good indicator.
Will definitely come back to update this review as the program commences and goes on.

Update 1: Semester 1 has been wonderful. There were a few hiccups here and there but overall, the engineering faculty delivers, the university is responsive, and everyone is so nice. Work hard, be proactive, and know where to contact and your issues are solved in a blink. I also got a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity here, which is something I couldn't be more grateful for. Looking forward to the next semester.

The university's admissions team has been extremely unresponsive. Despite my repeated attempts to engage over seven weeks, I received no response. I ultimately cancelled my application and chose to study at UNSW, Macquarie, and the University of Adelaide. The only response I received was, "you still have 3 weeks before the program starts"—which I find unacceptable. As someone who has tutored and lectured at other prestigious universities, this has been my worst experience.

If no improvements are made, I intend to lodge a formal complaint with TEQSA regarding the admissions process and lack of communication.

The more I study the more I feel lost about what I ve been taught and how to apply them or into industry things. Some professors basic recycled materials from previous years without any thing new. 1st and 2nd years subjects are good but 3rd year engineering subject with useless tutors and labs, some of them are doing PhD but pretty boring and didn’t bother to help the student (not all of them). 3 Stars for now

I had an interesting time at UOW between 2014 and 2015 and it's definitely a place that I would highly recommend to others. A great university with excellent resources and learning environment.

This university wasted my time and money. My marketing courses were outdated and did not offer any practical assessments. I don't feel like I'm much further ahead than I was before I completed my Graduate Certificate in Marketing.

My first degree was in journalism at USC which proved to be far more useful and up-to-date with recent trends.

I wish I saved my money and studied elsewhere.
I'm leaving with a piece of paper and that's about it.

Graduated in 2017 (MSc Logistics and Project Management). Enjoyed my time at UOW. Friendly staff, Lecturers and great campus and facilities. Highly recommended

Wish i could give a better review, but due to recent circumstances regarding a wide sweeping cut to 4 faculties, and the entire removal of the Languages department, its impossible to do that, until the University either rectifies their mistake, or reinstates these subjects they deem 'unworthy of running', this will remain up

I was here doing MBA and then completed Master of Business Systems, from my experience, I would not recommend management course, its overrated and lecturers didn't help! but I do recommend Business Systems course, lecturers were more friendly and helpful then management course, some of my management classmates withdrew and then transferred to other university's MBA course, I withdrew and then reapplied MBS, that was a right choice! therefore, i give four stars because management course let me deduce one!
