Excellent experience. Rapid response, pointed out that most of the repair was covered by a warranty, ordered the necessary part and completed the work within two days. An alternative plumbing service told us the entire unit had to be replaced. Thank you O'Brien's!

To be fair I cannot comment on this companies workmanship ,but I wanted potential customers to be aware of their undisclosed call out fee .We had someone come out for a quote for a new hot larger hot water system ,which we didn’t eventually replace. We were charged $176.00 for the quote .I do understand businesses have to charge for their time ,but this seemed quite a lot for a the 15-20 minutes they were at the address and sending the quote via email .We are located quite close to their office so travelling time was minimal .By contrast the second quote we had was done over the phone with the plumber asking for photos of the existing unit . This was a free service .
If that is the standard fee charged then I would expect customers are informed up front as most businesses do

I had a water leakage problem and a broken part and the young man from Laser Plumbing went and bought the part needed and was back very quickly and fixed the problem. Laser Plumbing gave me an excellent price for this work and he cleaned up after himself and took the rubbish away. He also respected my brand new carpet that I just had installed by taking off his boots without being asked to do so. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Laser Plumbing. Will definately use again. So good to have a reliable tradesman who turned up on time.
