I called and requested a free consult over the phone and within a couple hours I got a call from them. They were polite and the response time was quick and convenient.

I talked about a sensitive matter on the phone (I was given no legal advice during this call), after that I emailed sensitive documents that they requested along with more details, and only then did they tell me the consultation would be $880.

In their email they didn't explain why it wouldn't be free or respond to any of the information in my email or documents.
