WARNING, Barrister Michelle Castle, a Junior Barrister, working aggressively against her clients' instructions and seeking to bill her clients for working against their instructions and getting their cases dismissed and costs orders against them. The Director of University Chambers should tell Miss Castle why she cannot work against her clients instructions, cannot take instructions from her clients' opponents and their lawyers instead, and then seek to bill her clients for acting against their instructions. The Director of Chambers should send approximately 65 to 70yo Junior Barrister Michelle Castle to courses on interpretation of evidence also, because of her unusual difficulties in understanding evidence, and courses on ethical practice.

Miss Michelle Castle appeared in Federal Court Sydney today for me but took instructions from my opponent's lawyer and not from me until 5 minutes before the hearing, then she acted against my explicit instructions to her without any warning to me and had my serious application dismissed by refusing to read my affidavits and "conceded" to false statements from the opponent's lawyer. Now she is billing me for this dishonest, unethical and incompetent service. She acted in breach of the barrister's rules of conduct. I sacked her straight after the hearing and reported her to the Legal Services Commissioner. Please report her too if you had similar bad experience with her.
