It's surprising that I decided to give them another chance this year, despite a somewhat negative experience in 2019. Unfortunately, it comes as no surprise that I cannot recommend them. Communication is consistently poor, and I often feel like I'm doing more work than they are in fulfilling their paid responsibilities. Their professionalism is also questionable to a certain degree.

I would not suggest people to use their service. They are the worst accountant I have ever seen. They always telling lies. They took my case for 5 months. I need them to do the account reconciliation, BAS submission, and bookkeeping. But they didn't do anything over 4 months except submitted 4 NIL BAS of two years ago. And they charged me $300+. It is sooo strange that 5 mins work took them 4 months. No contribution, no support but only cheating.
