I called to speak to a lawyer, the receptionist said the lawyer will call me back before 12pm that day. I waited until 12:30pm and called again, the receptionist said the lawyer will call back before 2:30pm that day. Waited all day, no phone call. I called a couple of days later, and the same receptionist said, "Oh our lawyer isn't taking Workers Comp cases", yet she didn't have the courtesy to call clients up. By the way, your law firm comes up on the Law Society website for Workers Comp cases, so maybe you should tell them that's not what you do anymore. Terrible service!
