From my first consultation, I felt super comfortable and confident in Lelah making my wedding dress. She designed and executed it even better than I imagined it to be. Absolutely loved wearing it. Herself and the team were always so warm and welcoming too. Missed the experience so much that I had to go back to have a custom dress made for my brother-in-law’s wedding. Can’t wait to have more pieces made with the Lelah team! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service - I came first time without an appointment to Zinnia and was lovely and inviting and made me feel immediately comfortable. I tried on 5 dresses and the last one was perfect. I felt very unique with a beautiful, sexy and glamorous dress when I'd spent an hour and a half elsewhere trying on dresses that didn't really do it for me. Wish I'd come to Zinnia first - top notch service and absolutely gorgeous dresses. All five dresses I tried on would have been perfect for my wedding but like I said I felt in love with my dress.
When I was looking for dresses someone said to me you will know the right dress as soon as you put it on and feel special, very true.

If you a looking for a good customer service and beautiful dress I really recommend Zinnia with no doubt.

Laleh from Zinnia Bridal made my wedding dreams come true. Laleh took my vision for my wedding dress and brought it to life and then some. Working from scratch on a custom gown, Laleh poured so much love and effort into creating it, and I will always cherish that. Zinnia was the last wedding dress place I checked and the best place I went to. Laleh is so helpful and has an amazing vision for bridal dresses. She helped me semi-design a dress using different parts of 3 dresses and made it suit my personality and style so well, and kept it within my budget. When I received it was in awe, it was exactly the type of dress I wanted. She was so hospitable and welcoming. She has a lot of different styles and designs to suit everyone. I've since recommended her to others who have used her service with the same experience. I highly recommend this shop for any bride.

When I was looking for my future wedding dress I was looking at Facebook marketplace and then I found the one 🙂 I talked to a lovely lady and plan to come and visit this place and I visit on Wednesday the 5th of march and even before I came I got told that this dress I loved is on the clearance rack.

From the very start at getting to this beautiful bridal shop I meet a lovely lady Laleh, she was so lovely from the start, she was very helpful and found my dream dress I wanted to try on as I never try on wedding dresses before haha.
But very accommodating.

When I try this dream dress I was in love and I love that she have ideas on what straps would work and all that.
I paid for my dream dress and she gave me an amazing quote for alteration and the veil I got a good discount.
She allowed me to pay for the dress and when I go back to do my alterations and all that. I may be getting married 2027 but I love that I found the one, I found the dream dress

I felt lucky I found my dream dress even though it from the clearance section but all there other dresses are just as pretty and beautiful 😍

My wife went there to try on her first dresses. I wasn’t there, but over time, she told me about her experience—it was really bad. She had to find another place to buy her dress.

The salesperson was extremely rude, making inappropriate comments and saying things she shouldn’t have. What should have been an amazing experience turned into a terrible one.

Thankfully, she later visited another place in Cabramatta, which was wonderful. I could tell she was genuinely happy when she came back.

If you’re reading this, please do not visit this place. Save your time and excitement for a store that truly deserves it.

I had an amazing experience with Zinnia Bridal!
Laleh helped me at every turn and with every question. She was knowledgable and extremely accomodating with my requests as well as changing my veil design in the last couple of weeks before the wedding. She also made my 3 flower girls dresses which were beautiful, comfortable and classic.
At the wedding I could not get enough compliments on how elegant and beautiful both the dress and veil were. Little girls at the wedding said they wanted to get married so they can look just like me.

I am so grateful and highly recommend Zinnia bridal!
