I have had so much confusion with the booking system, payments etc. I had both my kids use A team tuition. The makeup lessons were all over the place and they kept changing their words. I had one good tutor and ended up finding better tutors for my other son outside this company. They keep telling me they have adjusted the hours or gave me a credit but I can’t see it and they haven’t taken my call either. At first they wouldn’t even agree to give me makeup lessons because the tutor hadn’t entered it in their system and that isn’t my fault. I have wasted so much time and energy and they still owe me for 5 hours as agreed in their last message but now they are changing again. Be careful not to get scammed. If you’re lucky, you might get someone good but I wasn’t happy at all.

This takes time in school and in every endeavor, and my recommendation would be to stick with it, and watch the seeds that A-Team plant in your child, blossom and bloom in good time.
Naturally, it is important to be consistent and encourage the same qualities and behaviours in the home environment, however the A-team program also provides valuable strategies to help parents become better at their job too.

along with my tutor Melanie I have been getting much better grades and it is easier to understand things.
