I recently had a new ducted Daikin air conditioner installed in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service was excellent.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They carefully assessed my home to recommend the perfect unit that would best suit my cooling needs. The installation itself was efficient and tidy; they left no mess behind and took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before they left.

Now that I've been using the unit for a few weeks, I can say it has made a world of difference in my home comfort! The cooling is both powerful and very quiet, creating a pleasant environment.
Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of HVAC service. The combination of excellent products and superb customer service made this experience truly exceptional!

I can't recommend Asset Air Con & Elec enough! From the moment I called, their customer service was amazing. Annikka was so friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to put my mind at ease.

What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. I had an issue with my air con in the middle of a heatwave, and while other companies told me I'd have to wait days.. weeks.. Asset Air Con had someone out literally the next day. Then the technician not only fixed the issue quickly but also spotted a problem another company had missed during my last service and fixed that too! And it was still cheaper!!

So if you're on the GC and looking for a professional, efficient and affordable air conditioning crew - give Annikka a call. Forget the competitors - ive tried them all. We have 6x air cons to maintain and these guys beat them in every category.

The tradie was late arriving from another job that morning, but he was very impressive completing the job that he was tasked with in a very hot roof area internally so as to drain the condensate from the airconditioner. Re-attached the roof tiles and the drain worked well. Excellent finish to a hot work area. 10 out 10.

Great Company and Fantastic Service!
Asset Air is probably one of the best air condition installers in the Gold Coast.
I went through at least 8 different contractors to get quotes and in the end I decided to go with Asset Air and we are very happy that we did.
Tim and his team provide a fast and efficient service at very good prices.
After the installation of one of the Panasonic units, we found out that it was creating vibrations inside the room while the compressor was running. They decided to relocate the unit on top of the roof (please see photo) to remove any vibrations and make the room super quiet. The best part of all they did it for FREE!
Asset Air has excellent customer service and great products. I highly recommend them.

Employeed asset to diagnose my ducted air con and split system, booked it in easily enough.Guy was lovely and turned up on time and that’s where the great service ended.

Had to follow up weeks later for my quote and Invoice.
Had to follow up a day later again x2 through out the day; to make sure email went through for quote and invoice.
Once received it only had one of the two diagnosed problems on the quote.
I then had to relay what was told to me by the technician and take photos of the unit for the serial number, and what was wrong, to get another quote sent out days later.

Once received the second quote I replied to the email and asked if additional works (regardless of price) could be done at the same time as the initial booking I made (3 weeks a away). No response.
I then follow up more then 24 hours later via phone to see if this could be done.. was told it was normal business practice for them to take 3 business days to respond and they were still training admin staff. (That’s not how I run my customer service based business but ok, making booking should

Was told I would have to pay 20% up front to cover parts. No problem.
Then I was told there was no discount forgetting works done at the same time because it was on two seperate quote numbers. So I would assume I would have to pay two call out fees because it wasn’t done on one quote, due to their error.
I asked if they could put it on one quote/job number would that make any difference.. and was told they wouldn’t be doing that.
That was the point I was sick of dealing with this company and canceled all works.

I used another company, and it turns out what was diagnosed to be the problem the drop in pressure was due gas leak they couldn’t find and suggest ReGas and stop leak to be added, was not the issue.
If I would have used this asset they would have regased something that didn’t need regasing and used stop leak (which is illegal) , hypothetically if there really was a leak, I would have to do this process again 1 year later because the problem would not be fixed. So either way I would be throwing $550 away for nothing… on top of the $180 call out fee for 20min being there …to diagnose nothing.

My unit is now working well, with one appointment, diagnosed and repaired for just a little more then assets call out fee by another company.
