Total lack of professionalism, with complete neglect for the properties they manage and the owners of those properties. Hollow promises resulting in little to no action when required to remedy serious structural issues (as assessed by an engineer). The management team are near impossible to reach, messages left with their admin are unanswered and rarely returned. Over the three years my property has been managed by Hunter Strata there has been multiple different property managers, no communication is ever made when a change occurs, further blurring the communication chains. Overall I’m considering selling the property since Hunter Strata can’t do their job.

I have had multiple Property managers over the past 4 years and they have been hopeless, After Esta left 4 years ago it all went down hill. Most have resigned after working their for only a couple of weeks. And when you call them or email through an issue, nothing gets followed up, nor replied too. I have rusting leaking gutters that have been previously bodged up and sprayed with non-matching grey colored paint. Plus, hail damaged color bond roof to my Unit. I have called and emailed Hunter Strata multiple times and there has been no action. But they have not failed to email me my latest Levy Invoice, that has gone up $75 a quarter. I have tried to reply to that admin email [email protected]‎ and says this inbox isn't active? I'm currently looking at going to the Department of fair trading.

I will leave a one-star review as at one point the service from Hunter Strata was reasonable. We had been with them since 2017.
Over the past 3 years the quality has gone south, late replies, no replies, inaccurate meeting minutes, incorrect accounts, unauthorised payments to vendors, the list is endless, when asked to explain, you get either no response or great inaccuracies.

I would stay as far away as possible.

Our Strata Development has been with Hunter Strata since 2007. The service we have had over the years from them has always been professional and exemplary. Esther joined the Hunter Strata team a few years ago and took over our portfolio and I have found her to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable on strata law. She is reliable and gets matters sorted. She has good contacts and is great at chairing meetings and looking out for all owners interests. I would recommend Hunter Strata and Esther if you are looking for a Strata Management company as I know from experience there are many that are not very good at it.

Since Emily Morgan has taken on the role of our Strata Manager, we could not be happier. She is responsive to any requests and is very effective and efficient in regard to communication which is appreciated. Her service on behalf of Hunter Strata is definitely five star.

I have been with Hunter Strata Management now for a couple of years. In that time I have been fortunate enough to have Esther looking after my properties. Esther is brilliant at what she does. Always on the pulse and getting things happening when requested. I find her to always go that one step further in explaining or giving advice when I am not 100% sure on matters. Hunter Strata Management are so lucky to have an asset like you work for their team. Keep up the good work!

Do not use this Strata Management company.
They lack ethics and morals.
I have never dealt with such insidious belligerence and unscrupulous behaviour from the top of the company all the way down.
They have a culture of condoning deceptive and dishonest practices and are extremely unreliable. There is an inherent lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from all staff. Aaron himself behaves ignorantly and sets a very low standard of ethics and moral fortitude. Waiting for a call back from him for last 3 months. Maybe this review will now get a response here
