If I could give a 0 star I would. Worse company ever! Paid fees and al my debt was not getting paid. Still had all companies calling. Then they refused to refund my money back after taking money and not paying! Poor excuse for trying to help people.

Unfortunately refused to refund their fee after we decided to actually pay back my partner’s debt ourselves. Ethically a bad decision for a company whose purpose is to get you out of debt. A bit disappointing as the fee could help us a lot in kicking some credit card debt. Seems like your commission is more important that your actual purpose.

I was really glad to get out from under the all encompassing debt and interest that I had gotten myself in...
The weekly repayments are very manageable and I’m moving in the right direction again... but...
I was only told that I wouldn’t be able to own a credit card for the term of the negotiation, whether I paid it out early or not.
A year into it I found out that I am in a state of bankruptcy and even a small car loan was impossible... Also, my emails are not returned...
All in all it is a great service, but there are a few glitches...
