Sometimes coming to this post office makes everything easier and the staff are great but lately the staff have been incredibly slow and often quite rude. I've put in an actual complaint but most recently I was served by a man who raised his voice at me after I questioned why he couldn't scan a QR code for me. He seemed much more concerned with the line of customers behind me than actually doing his job and serving me.

It's really unfortunate because I generally have had a great experience here which is why I continue to return but now I'll only return if going to another post office isn't an option.

The worst service you could imagine. Their ‘system’ for packages is writing ‘floor’ or ‘counter’ on a clip board. They lose things and then send them back to the sender to save face. As others have said they are very rude. I hope they lose the Aus Post contract.

paid $19 for express post to have my parcel take 4 days before it was even collected + was badly damaged in transit, which rarely happens.

*note to customers - since this isn’t written/displayed anywhere and I only found out afterwards* - “if parcels are dropped off after 3pm on Friday your parcel will not be collected until Tuesday… even with express post”… their words, not mine

Usually the staff that is there always is very nice, but the staff today that was there didn’t know that I understood Hindi so he belittled me and talked bad about me infront of me in HINDI and proceeded to talk nicely in English to me as if he didn’t just talk shit about me.

Nice little local PO. Has mailboxes and is easier to pick up parcels from than the Weston Creek GPO as they are open longer hours. Also sells booze lollies stationary and magazines etc.
