This family clinic centre amazing?they really work as a family trying to do the best for the patients with patience.
I was very sick few weeks ago, and need emergency help so I walked in without appointment and the receptionist was very kindly taking me immediately to the treatment room then the nurse? (like angel) tried to make me calm down by checking my blood pressure, heart rates till doctor Kodsi available?
We should respect their time because dealing with the humans not easy.

The practise is convenient, the staff are thorough and friendly. Only issue I’ve found is that it is a teaching practise, meaning high turn over of Drs. It’s disappointing when you build rapport with a new Dr and they leave a short time later. (Ive had 3 registrars in a year). The practise should advise this on their website, so patients decide whether they’re happy for a short term Dr.

Have started coming here recently and wish I had come sooner! Very happy with the care that my daughter and I have received on each occasion. Each Dr we have seen have been thorough in their assessment and delivery of care. I’m especially grateful for my visit yesterday when I was feeling very unwell with a toothache and migraine. Receptionist and Dr Penna alike were understanding to my light sensitivity. Thank you

Booked appointment for 12pm and was not see until after 1pm, ridiculous that you can't book an appointment and be seen close to that time within 10-15mins

Busy practice, I’ve lived in the area for years and always gone elsewhere as can never get same day appointments

Recently changed over in the last year or so and only been in a few times friendly and helpful enough doctors, however it just keeps becoming more difficult, now they charge for after hours appointments no longer bulk billing after 5pm very annoying and restricting for 9-5 workers without taking time off work, I’d rather they just changed to be a non bulk billing practice all together(especially considering that’s obviously where this is heading) but it’s very discriminatory against 9-5 workers when it’s already hard enough for us to do things around work hours, no free Telehealth appointments, extremely frustrating.
Will be changing practices now

I‘ve attended EP Clinic for decades. Through the many changes at the clinic the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Dr Shaddy Hanna and Dr Raafat Kodsy are currently managing the sun damage to my skin. Both doctors have been thorough, professional, caring and respectful throughout all procedures and examinations. Biopsies and excisions have been performed with expert skill and excellent healing results. I am extremely grateful for their care.
