Zhanna was extremely helpful with our visas, 485 and subsequently 491, and especially with including my partner in as a secondary applicant.

Zhanna will do the homework for you so you won't have to commit to the hours and stress of self-education of your particular visa(s), but you would still be required to gather documents she requests from you.
