As far as budget accommodation goes i was extremely satisfied with the service and quality.
Booked on short notice was an affordable option for NYE celebrations.
Rooms were clean and fresh towels delivered every day.
Staff are friendly and understanding.

Would not recomnend at all. Walk into reception and you are hit with the stench of smokers, man looked like a unkept homeless person. Room 22 walk in all you can smell is muskyness masked by glen 20 or something. Whole room looks dodgy as. Fridge open, furniture was extremely old and dirty looking. Bed hanging off wall. Wouldnt sit on chairs as filthy, doors all battered. Room was an eye sore. Glad to get out next morning.

Wouldn’t recommend. As soon as we walked in there was hair on the beds, the fridge was leaking, the wifi didn’t work, all the toiletry dispensers hadn’t been refilled and were mouldy. Room had yellow tinge to it and just felt dirty. We were also given blankets that were pretty much sheets so we were super cold. The only nice things were the pool and the location.

The room was sufficient to look at. Unfortunately that's where it started and ended, arrived to a friendly receptionist guy into a reception area that reeked of cigarette smoke, received the keys to a room that had an overwhelming stench of Urinal fresheners that lasted all night, I don't know what smell was being covered up but it worked, only 1 towel for two people, 1 teaspoon, no cutlery, sheets were not fresh as I hit a bandaid with my foot in between the sheets and it wasn't ours, no internet , one single power point, in today's society with several items to be charged, 1 power point, a large hole behind the headboard, old dated furniture and the lounge, couch and chairs were filthy. We only spent One night here, I wouldn't spend anymore there, good location. No road noise just not a good Stay experience.

Had to stay here for the night as our flight was cancelled.
Pros:
- Reception was friendly
- Close to airport (10min drive)
- Quiet

Cons:
- Place was not clean (first thing we saw when we got in was a questionable hair on the dresser)
- Dated rooms (one chair had rust on it)
- A/C didn't cool
- Weird smell

All in we're greatful we were able to get a room to bunk for the night but don't think it was good value.

Great location, close to takeaway and a pub. Rooms basic but clean and functional.

Very clean, housekeeping does great job. Comfortable beds, very quiet so able to get a good nights sleep. Everything you need for overnight stay including microwave. Washer and dryer down the hall. Quite enjoyable stay.

Easy to access on and off the highway and close proximity to Twin Towns for a show.
