Jack has been great in helping me with the purchase of my apartment. What makes it even better is that I engaged Jack’s services two weeks before settlement because the previous conveyancer was not communicating with me at all. Jack was attentive to my conveyancing needs and communicated with me every step of the way. Never anyone available to talk to about basic information, even verifying info listed on website the telephone operators cannot answer.
No one ever calls back, just a waste of time.

Due to JKA & Co Conveyancing incompetence and ill advise we have been incurred interest charged for the builder. They advised that the job I paid for in November 2020 is to be completed in Mid-February 2021 BUT they did not compete it until Late April 2021.
They also promised to pay interest charged incurred due to their error but then reneged on this word.
