Very easy conveyancing transaction on an IP purchased in QLD. Initially referred by my sister to Karunn but I worked primarily with Andy and Alan - who were both returning emails even through their office shut-down period over Christmas / New Year! Overall, they were quick to respond, knowledgable and managed everything with minimal fuss. Settlement went off without a hitch.
