The attorneys—if you can even call them that—seem completely detached from the core tenets of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and basic statutory interpretation. They fumble through cases with an alarming mix of arrogance and ignorance, blissfully unaware of their own deficiencies.

I did not recieve any statements throughout a notification that the loan was ending or a financial statement to say that the loan had ceased. Statements are needed for tax purposes. These can be completed digitally. I had to make calls to find out whether the loans had ceased. I have yet to receive a final statement saying that the loan has ceased. When I requested one, the amount of paperwork I faced was ridiculous despite sending through the original contract as evidence. It is the worst company ever, and I would never recommend it.

I called CG several days ago to request assistance with estate planning and wills. No response. My wife also sent a request through their website. No response. Clearly these folks are really busy and don't need new clients, however I would have at least expected some communication.
