Dylan Whinn from JustUs Legal took on the challenge of helping us with the conveyancing work on a multiple title purchase for our SMSF as well as a private investment. There were considerable complexities and interdependencies tied into the purchases, which resulted in 2 previous conveyancers being unable to take on the work. By the time we found Dylan, we almost thought it just wasn’t going to happen. But Dylan was very thorough in his approach to understand our circumstances, he performed due diligence to a high standard and gave counsel on the implications of searches and findings throughout the process. He liaised with council and other bodies on various matters and was always very prompt in his communications. His paralegal team were also prompt in relaying messages both via phone and email.

I don’t think Dylan and Just Us legal were a ‘cheap’ conveyancing option, but I think we definitely got value for money and most importantly, the confidence that everything had been done correctly and thoroughly. We will certainly be engaging Dylan and the team at JustUs Lawyers for all future legal matters relating to our SMSF.
