I would recommend Gouldson Legal to anyone. I had a car accident & they did all the paperwork for me which kept me stress free . Kaine & his assistant were amazing always following up & asking if I had more documentation for my cause.
Took time to settle because of the opposite insurance company but at the end of the day I got the result I wanted.

Unfortunately for my case, Goouldson drastically over promised and significantly under delivered on the day. At no point was the final offer of less than 10% of the initial offer submitted even talked about with me until I was forced to accept it or be dumped by the legal team. Wasn’t expecting miracles, I remained realistic with my offer and case. My outcome was still better than zero but for 3 years I was led to believe it would be much better than the final result I was awarded. They should have sought the barristers opinion prior to conference and been much more upfront about my cases prospects. I ended up almost 5 times better off via my TPD insurance than I did with my whole claim to which they wanted 30% and did it privately for 5 times less than their fee

If I had to recommend them again for common law or a TPD claim I would not. Saying that the team had been fantastic to deal with, they just didn’t deliver on the day and at no point prior to mediation told me I would loose if I didn’t accept the final written offer.
