Dealt with this firm on two matters. Conveyencing Siena is a champion. On other legal matters (civil) the consultant kept talking about a "lawyers picnic" and thats what they had at our expense! Big fees - no fight. He (the consultant)was more interested in sending emails & bills than fighting for clients rights. We have used legal services twice again this year and can see what proactive law firms are like - that is the oposite of Whitsunday law. Utterly disatisfied with legal representation. They claim to deal with civil litigation but just want to give the other party whatever they want - they claim to negotiate but paid everthing the oposite side wanted. Waste of money and oxygen.

My recent purchase in Jubilee Pocket was impacted by the cyclone and my bank delays, which resulted in the settlement date being changed several times. During this process my Broker Trix Lunz was at all times extremely supportive and efficient, and managed the process in a highly professional manner. I found the whole situation frustrating and stressful but Trix was able to advise, guide and assist me to a successful outcome. Never dealt with a company so unprofessional in my life (and I honestly mean that). If you want a place that doesn't care about the customer, takes forever to get the ball rolling and never returns your calls, then these guys are your place. Even after complaining to the manager they acted as if I was a hassle to them. Minimal knowledge, lazy staff, useless.
