Having a relationship go increasing sour over time, separation and eventual divorce is not something anyone plans ahead for.

My situation was compounded by the fact that the separation included my (ex)husband residing in another country.

I had no idea what to do and was, frankly, somewhat embarassed and in a panic.

It was undoubtedly a blessing to find CK Family Lawyers when I conducted an online search.

Chris and Krystina took the time to listen to me describe the circumstances while making me feel at ease and comfortable during the initial consultation.

They provided essential guidance for filling out my statements and the affidavits of my witnesses - ensuring that everything was clear, concise and to the point.

Krystina was a master of patience with me regarding all of the questions and "what if" scenarios that popped into my head - and for that I am profoundly grateful.

CK Family Lawyers were consistently clear on what actions I needed to take (having statements witnessed and by whom,) and communicated next steps in an easy to understand manner.

My (ex)husband was uncooperative and mostly unresponsive during the process so Krystina took appropriate steps in light of the circumstances - so that all of my bases were covered by due diligence and she maintained a detailed record of all actions taken - which was eventually submitted to the courts.

As of tomorrow, this unpleasant (to say the least) journey comes to an end with the finalization of the divorce and I cannot adequately express my gratitude to CK Family Lawyers!
