I just finished the long process of gaining shared custody of my young son with really good better then expected results. Went and got advice on a family matter from Murray Nielsen in which he was very professional and upfront. He would generally give me options on what i could and couldn't do. I would often email or phone expecting a good wait time but was always fast to reply. Would highly recommend booking a appointment with Murray about a family matter you might be having.

My experience was horrible! Solicitors are supposed to know what they are doing and be well trained and confident in such a career when dealing with vulnerable people at an important process in life for a positive outcome for thier client and family. Not only was i advised all misleading information up until the lead up for a court hearing, myself knowing no different, as this is what solicitors are skilled for, they hamilliated me in front of everyone on my court hearing day as my solicitor stood in complete silence and had no answers for the judge. I could have answered every question and stood up and done a better job myself. I had all the evidence to back myself too. Now my family is left in a worse situation than before that is affecting my son's health and well being. A huge waste of time, energy and money that i could have put into my kids was wasted on the worst outcome ever and because of this we still have on going issues and matters. All they think about is being payed 💲💲💲💲💲💲I can't express more to get the guidance and support to self represent yourself for a more positive less stressful outcome! I would not recommend L&M solicitors to anyone after my experience.
