This office was recommended to me by a close friend however we feel let down. Communication needs to be much better regarding conveyancing, as it is a very stressful and confusing process for people who aren’t experienced. We used this office for a property sale, and then again for a property purchase - for convenience.
Loraine was friendly but the lead solicitor came across very condescending when myself and my bank spoke to her. Our settlement was delayed due to a mistake on the conveyancer’s end, and there was no apology or remorse from the solicitor, and we were left even more confused as to what went wrong. Our bank’s solicitor had to explain it to us so we could understand.
The job was done at the end of the day, but we were just another number.
