Words can’t describe the moment the District judge dismissed 2 of my criminal judges and handed me a second time good behaviour bond for driving while suspended. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the legal services provided by your firm. Despite your reputation for handling court cases, I feel that I did not receive adequate representation during my recent case for driving while suspended.

As a first-time offender, I was hoping for a more favorable outcome, but unfortunately, I received a three-month disqualification, a conviction, and a substantial fine. I believe that your firm could have done more to defend my case, particularly given the fact that I had a witness who could corroborate my story.

I understand that legal fees can be expensive, but I am struggling to make payments and feel that I did not receive value for the money I spent. I would like to request a refund or a partial refund, as I believe that the services provided were not up to the standard that I expected.

Additionally, the conviction has made it difficult for me to secure employment, which is causing further financial hardship. I hope that we can reach an amicable resolution to this matter and that you will consider my request for a refund.

Where do I begin !?
Tess is an amazing individual and lawyer ! I was looking at 5 - 9 months imprisonment over a driving matter, took it to district court and succeeded in getting me released and back to my family !
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Tess again or her father for anything court related !!
