As a fellow veteran Jack Marshall was very professional and was able to convey a complex matter to the judge, which I could not have conducted on my own.

I had a serious DUI charge, which Jack was able to achieve a great outcome. I cannot thank him enough for his help and the judge was very understanding.

I can't imagine what it could have been like without the amazing support I had from Clarity Law. This was my first time experience having such an offence, even though it was a mild one as a first time offence, I had no idea on what to expect from the court and all the things I should know and prepare. From the day 1, I was so panicked. I did send out a few questions to a couple of drink-driving specialised law firms, and after I had the initial phone consultation with Lucy Ferguson, solicitor from Clarity Law, I had no doubt, she is the best solicitor who will help my whole processes as smooth as possible which was the case! On the phone, she was very professional, upfront and clear in her communication. She was also a very good at understanding the clients' needs.

Belinda, Client Service Manager was also very helpful, she sent me very detailed instructions and information on what to expect on the day at the court, this email has really helped me to stay calm and get through the day before the court day.

On the day at the court, everything was super smooth way more than what I expected. With Lucy's appearance at the court, things worked out to be perfect. Before the court, she gave me really good insight on do and don't when it comes to meeting with judge at the court.

I did show my sincere reflection on this mistake and judge accepted this and I was able to get the minimum penalty.
