I had a highly disappointing experience with Bennett & Philp Lawyers regarding a property dispute.
Their vague and insufficient explanations leaving me confused and stressed about the status of my case.Their unprofessionalism was evident in every interaction, kept calling me about the same issue repeatedly, and each call was followed by an additional charge. It felt like they were more interested in billing me than actually helping resolve my case.
I decided to use another law firm. The difference was night and day. The new lawyer was clear and communicative. Maybe my case is too small to them.
Would not recommend them to anyone seeking competent and reliable legal assistance.

Barbara was very helpful, friendly and professional. I needed documents signed and witnessed by a solicitor quite urgently and she ensured we achieved this, however without cutting any corners. Barbara needed to look into the documents (which were interstate and had different legislation) and then got me back into her office soon after to sign them. On top of being very professional and helpful, she didn't charge me for her time or services.
I would highly recommend Barbara! Also, the reception staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Great firm!

My wife and I were referred to Bennet and Philp from family friends after I had a Motorcycle accident. We did not think we had much of a claim but thought we would give them a go.

After easily finding their Brisbane CBD location, we were greeted by Trent and Sarah and almost instantly we felt comfortable and at ease with letting these professionals do what they excel at.

The nature of the claim was not straight forward, with quite a few difficulties thrown up for B&P throughout its progression in terms of my employment direction in Aviation and the massive spanner that was thrown into the works by COVID.

Ever the professionals, I would receive a very detailed email from Sarah as soon as anything new happened with my claim or if there was any information she required.

At no stage through this claim did I ever feel worry or concern as I was provided with as much detail as possible, however, if I had a question, It was only ever a direct call or email for the answer. This may have only happened twice over the course of the claim and was very quickly handled by Sarah.

The professional and friendly conduct, the professional advice and the way we felt genuinely cared for, for the entire duration of the claim, left us with an extremely positive experience from day one.

If I ever need a lawyer again, I'll simply look for their number in my contacts, I will not be going anywhere else.
