Len was very honest and down to earth. He provided excellent information as well as honest possibilities and probabilities regarding my case. He did not try and "upsell" more work for the firm, rather we discussed and agreed what the best way forward was for my particular circumstances. Kal and Amy and the rest of the Brisbane team were also wonderful. The whole team made what was an incredibly drawn out and stressful time just that bit easier with their communication and expertise. I always felt like I was in good hands with Becker Watt Lawyers. Would definitely recommend for building and construction legal matters - although I hope I don't ever have the need to use them again!

I had the same experience as the gentleman below. I do not recommend this firm. I paid a lot of money without any result. I started with the director, and after I signed the costs agreement I was handed down to an associate. The invoices were significantly higher than the estimate provided. I was charged higher hourly rates than what was listed in their costs agreement. I was charged for work by a range of staff, which was multiple hourly rates instead of being looked after and charged by one lawyer. When I complained about the amount of the bill which was three times higher than the estimate, I received another invoice which was for reviewing and responding to me via email about the bill. I hope this review helps someone else.

Amazing from Len after being bullied by our construction manager with back to back extensions we where looking at handover in mid to late June , the factually backed letter from Len stating our rights, contract clauses and our position in the matter. pushed the builder to prioritise our build and we moved in April. Would recommend Becker watt to anyone having same issue worth the money !!!Saved us a lot in rent, interest and all expenses

I strongly don't recommend service from this lawyer.
Initially, i have been consulted with senior lawyer for my building claims variations and made lot of promises and after singing service agreement, i have been allocated graduate who has less knowledge and took longer to write advice report and pending extra time on my case. In addition, sometimes i was paying double hourly charges for senior and graduate lawyers. I have paid lot money but zero result.
