Where do I even begin to thank Cathy and the team! What started out as a straight forward and simple loan application, ended up being a frustrating experience with the bank. However Cathy and her team worked extremely hard to navigate and sort out the issue on my behalf. They reassured and kept me updated every step of the way. My issue was a unique one that the team hadn’t encountered before, but they handled it with diligence and professionalism and never once had me doubting my loan would come through.

I was informed and kept up to date with regular emails from the team. Cathy answered any of my calls and explained anything I was having trouble understanding. She was just great!
