I had a very difficult dispute regarding a property and I was entangled in a multi-party legal battle for almost 5 years. A 2 year old property experienced subsidence issues. Even though it was under insurance, there were multiple structural evaluations which appeared to be absolving the original builder/vendor of the house much to my chagrin and distress. And the fact that I was overseas and could not manage these conversations on the ground made my position really weak and I was meekly swallowing whatever was being thrown at me by the builder, governing entity for insurance and the agent through which it was leased.

I ended up employing Albert on a reference and I could not have been happier. He fought the legal battle on my behalf and more importantly assumed the lead on the ground thus facilitating the whole process and calming my nerves. He engaged with all the parties and kept me posted regularly through emails and whatsapp not minding the weekend / day-night differences between the time-zones and made sure we made progress at every stage. The highlight of the whole process was how he - as an engineer-lawyer marshalled the conversations between the structural engineer and the other parties making detailed claims which were difficult to be countered.

Finally he also managed to broker the deal and my ordeal ended. Albert goes not just miles but many light years in order to make sure his clients prevail and he does that with a genuine personal touch.
