Maddison explained well both in written and verbal communication the process leading to the settlement. Maddison was very helpful in every step of the way and I would recommend her to any prospective clients who are seeing legal advice for a satisfactory outcome of their buying or selling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They have 0 communication skills. Everything they attempted to do they did incorrectly. The most unsupportive and useless company to deal with. Sitting on hold listening to how supportive they are is a joke. To be told by a manager that they will be training staff around their communication issues the following week. It did not work…nothing changed over the next couple of weeks. They don’t listen to complaints or action them. Requested not to deal with a certain receptionist who screwed everything up, to having to constantly deal with her and her issues!
Not only did they not read emails and action those requests they would email back asking for the information that was in the email they were replying to.
They did not show up for settlement and were not organised even though the banks and sellers solicitor were sitting waiting, Ownit failed to show, delaying settlement and costing sellers more interest.
To top it all off they can’t even lodge land title documents correctly as a different property ended up in the wrong name.
Cannot give a zero rating.

Don't trust this company's 'fixed fee - no hidden suprises' claim. Even thou I asked multiple times for the draft figures weeks before the settlement they made excuses and only sent them through 1 hour before the settlement and then didn't reply to any calls or emails until after settlement once they had taken the extra fees they tacked on and didn't inform me about anywhere throughout the process

About as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. The old adage you get what you pay for is 100% with this crowd. Totally unprofessional, hard to contact, slow to respond, did not once step me through the process as their "promotion" suggests. Their process is inflexible when situations demand some flexibility..... go with someone else.
