We have just received the keys for our second property we have rented through Ray White Springfield Lakes. First house our property Manager was April McConville. April was awesome to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. From setting up paying the rent online to maintenance needing to be done. April never let us down. On inspection of our second rental property, we met Teagan Turner. Teagan showed us the property and kept us up to date through the whole process. Teagan even went as far as taking the time out of her evening to give us the news that we got the house. We couldn't have asked for better Property Managers than the ones we have dealt with at Ray Whites real estate. It is certainly different to deal with a team who actually cares about their tenants and puts them first. We dreaded looking for a new place to rent but April and Teagan really looked after us putting my families mind at ease. If you are looking for a property, to buy or rent, don't hesitate. Teegan initially signed me up, listened to what I had to say / wanted from them as my property manager and promptly had my place back on the market. Communication is awesome and knowing my property is looked after from a team with excellent customer service is a relief and unnecessary stress from my end. Jodie shows compassion and loyalty not just to me as an owner of the property also to the tenants. I have experienced 3 people who have looked after my property from your office and all 3 have been awesome and show respect to both parties. It’s very rare these days to see businesses showing loyalty in this case to both owner and tenant with communication and respect, your office shows that it’s just not a pay check at the end of the week it’s a commitment to all 3 united as 1 at the end of the day.
