Deliberately closed the door while we were heading in store. So rude. We arrived at 3:02pm they advertised that they closed at 5pm. Now the parcels that they have will be sent back. Pathetic. Will be taking this further.

If anyone needs a lesson on customer service, drop into the St George Post Office and get one for free.
Upon entering, I received the warmest and friendliest greeting, full of smiles and kindness.
The two staff members were happy 😊, very helpful and provided excellent service.
The two ladies were the ultimate example of excellence in PR for Australia 🇦🇺 Post.
