Excellent Service and Support. We’ve been tenants with McGrath Springfield since April 2024, and our experience has been excellent. Our property manager, Dani, has been fantastic with communication, and she has promptly addressed every maintenance request. Recently, we had an issue with the floors where tiles popped up and cracked in the downstairs living area. Dani went above and beyond, consistently responding to our emails and keeping us updated throughout the entire process of the floors being redone.
