Over 8 years in my time in Australia, never had I ever encountered such a dodgy and incompetent financial firm. I came down to have an appointment for a tax return around 10:30 a.m. I was charged $140 the appointment took around 30mins. Later than day around 12:00 p..m I decided not to go with the tax application and requested to get a refund. However I was told to pay an additional $ 270.00 just for not proceeding with the application. Never in my time in Australia have I encountered such a pathetic scam in the name of an accounting firm. This experience have left me frustrated and irritated as to how easily such firms can scam people just like that. I was not given the refund in the end and just basically told to f..off.

Shop closes at 8pm according to the website. Went there to book tax fact to face around 6 went there and the store is closed at Friday 5/7/24. Next time please remove 8pm and make it 6. This is misleading people who wants their tax done.

Already paid them to lodge my tax and was awaiting for a document from my side. I update them about the situation but no response from their side until you go and meet them to sort it out which they couldn't sort it out. Will definitely not go again as doesn't seemed to have enough knowledge. Waste of money and time.

Tax agent Bla is unprofessional accountant and rude person. She charged my consultant fee but did not lodged my tax claim. Her such behaviors DEFINITELY breach ethics duty. She even didn't check all the details following by accounting standards and the requirement of ATO systems. On the second day, I still didn't get any message or email notice from the ATO, so I went to mygov to have a check and then I found my tax claims did not lodged. I asked her what's going on over the phone, and she yelled at "YOU ARE NOT MY THE ONLY ONE CUSTOMER, SO I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT FAULT".
