Look if you caught stealing a mars bar from woolies he might be okay but if you encounter any actual serious legal issue go elsewhere. Barely provided any of my defence evidence to the magistrate. I had a clean record and was convicted over meaningless words said. I was assaulted in the workplace and my employers tried to cover it up and shut me by having a manager claim she was being intimidated all the while she was covering up a workplace injury and her shady activity.
He absolutely folded. I feel so misled. He never mentioned anything about the appeal period only being 28 days. Which means I can’t appeal my conviction. I was literally in and out of hospital for suicide when I said the words that led to my conviction and he never provided the evidence I gave him to the magistrate. He was completely acting within self interest. I feel like the money paid to him was nothing but theft. I would’ve been better off representing myself and I would’ve saved money to achieve the same outcomes.

He literally even said to me after the case was done “aw you know Newcastle is small place” .

Andrew if you are reading this consider yourself sacked.

The second star is only because he picked up the case last minute. Apart from that I got nothing.
