Started off well, and really liked working with John before our communication seemingly broke down. Of course, the customer is never right these days, I copped the blame and now he holds my tax returns, profit and loss statements and Xero account in general hostage. Because of this, combined with the cost of living crisis, I cannot apply for money for cash flow, not even Centrelink. Yes, full disclosure, I do owe money but I agreed to a proposed payment plan, he knows how much my small business is struggling and yet continues to ignore my pleas. It's very hard doing small business in this current climate without your trusted accountant, who knows way more about this than I, sabotaging me anyway. He made a choice and to ruin me was it. Be very wary!!!!

Edit : fine if you had to terminate our relationship, but do you HAVE to continue holding my records sabotage like I state above?! Address that part! I have no qualms admitting to my lack of business knowledge, unlike yourselves. It makes you, sir, a bully!
