We recently came across to Tradies Accountants, our books were in a mess through neglect from a previous accountant. The team took the time to listen to our concerns and issues. They were very thorough in their analysis and investigation to our books both personal and business related. The communication from the team has been excellent. We are very happy with the service so far and are looking forward to a longterm relationship with the company.

Contacted them for pricing on company and business setup (note, not for ongoing accounting services).

After wasting my time, I was told that we weren't worth their time. Again they were being contacted in regard to business/xero setup 🤷 As I told them, they can choose whoever they wish to service but ffs, put that info on your website so you don't waste people's time. I was sent a novella so they clearly do this a lot.

I write this review with great reluctance. I do not want anyone else know how Thea and Tradies accountant has transformed our weekly payroll of paying 25 staff, everyone being on different agreements and awards, into a streamlined, no stress, well organized task. I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I used the bookkeeping team for around 7 months as a builder and was the most frustrating experience imaginable.
Worked with multiple different staff in a short period of time and had multiple bills not processed creating awkward conversations with long term suppliers and trades,still nearly 2 months later finding stupid errors.
For Builders I would stay away.
