Prominent lawyers have been horrible handling my family matters case. In short, Romina provided very little legal guidance, often ignored the questions I asked to clarify details around my case, didn’t show much attention to detail and took several weeks to reply to my emails – and that was with me having to follow up several times. It’s highly frustrating, as with any family matter you are quite emotionally vulnerable and require legal support and counsel from your lawyers. Yet I received no help from Prominent and they have greatly added to my distress. When I brought these issues up to their senior lawyer Anthony and indicated that I was beyond distressed, I was made a lot of promises that all issues would be fixed. I was initially calmed and gave them a second chance, yet they appear to be worth nothing more than hollow words as I am still waiting here more than 3 weeks later with no response despite multiple follow up attempts. In short, I would not recommend Prominent for any family matters issue. They show very little empathy or respect for you or your case, perhaps unless you’re willing to fork out the big dollars. Maybe then you’re worth their attention.
