This used to be my go-to place for both Australia Post and Newsagent, however with the current owners, it is cramped, packages pilled up over the floor, big gaps in stock, accident waiting to happen.
I went there to ask about getting my passport renewed a few weeks ago as the Chermside South PO no longer opens on a Saturday . I got advised the they no longer have the renewal application forms and do not take passport photos (directed me to Officeworks), BUT they were able to accept my form and payment to forward to the passport office.
I went there today to hand it in and pay for it, but was told by the same guy that they were not authorised to accept the forms, BUT this time he said that they were able to give me the application form (not sure how as they are no longer available in hard copy or downloadable, so everyone has to contact the passport office and they prefill it an email it for signature). To be fair, he did suggest that I drive to Milton -over an hour or so away (factoring in finding a parking spot) as that was the only available one open today.
Total incompetency.

I love the long hrs they offer is so convenient for me that I work long hrs. But to my surprise this morning when I went they change the opening hrs making it very difficult for me to go.
