Please read reviews carefully before, paying for a form that you can download for free. Its disappointing to get a letter from the federal circuit and family courts of Australia saying that we now have to pay $1100 filing fee.
Not once was this told on the website.

Purchased Divorce Kit Friday 24 July 2020 on behalf of a senior relative. Kit was not received via email within a timely manner therefore concluded it would be received on Monday. Sent two requests the following week through their help page to be contacted regarding the undelivered kit. No response to this date. Have lodged a transaction dispute with my financial institution after another request to be refunded has been ignored and unresponsive.
Is this service legitimate or just a scam with bogus and fake 5 star reviews?

Problem has now been resolved since my review was posted. Many thanks to James for his  professional and very courteous manner.

terrible! the online form is badly programmed and have illogical questions for a sole applicant on a divorce. It looks like it has not been checked by a legal practitioner. AVOID.

The system COULD NOT have been checked by family law experts as contradicts common law principles such as making statements on behalf the other party on an affidavit and in the future! how crazy is this? I was filling information as a sole applicant. The questionaire of e-divorce was written like it was a joint application, but the terms used was for a single applicant !

Complete waste of money! The exact forms that they issue you with are available free at fcfcoa.gov.au. Not to mention, their questions in their questionnaire are not worded correctly resulting in the form they complete for you being incorrect Save yourself $250
