Our experience using this firm to settle a deceased estate was terrible. The first lawyer gathered info from us, and when we didn't hear from him for months, we rang to find out he left! The next lawyer to take over gave us different information about the settlement, and when we didn't hear from them after a few months, we rang, and again, she left! ? We wrote an email to the firm asking why we weren't informed about either lawyer leaving and why we had to chase them up! We made sure the email was also sent to Mark Hamilton and got a reply from him apologising and assuring us he would personally take care of it. Well, he wasn't any good. It took over 18 months to settle an estate that was so easy! Just one property and a bank account - nothing else! How hard could it be?! Well, it dragged out for way too long! After it was all settled, we got an email from them a month or so later, stating that the pro rata payment that THEY MADE on our behalf was too much! So they needed to send us refund cheques for 22 cents each!! WHAT How does this happen? I can't believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this firm is, especially the person who's name is on it!! Would never recommend to anyone ☹️☹️☹️

Tony Kerin was my lawyer at the time and was employed by me to help me with the law side of things.
unfortunately he did not advise me properly and knew I was heavily medicated at the time.
the misconduct with appointments that I should of attended that were not posted or emailed to me before the human rights hearing was appauling.
I would never use this firm again as they dont fight for your rights or help you in the right manner.
I employed a new lawyer and got what I should've got in the first place and no win no fee contract...least the new lawyer did advise me the proper way to a client..
I hope I die before I pay off my debt as they dont deserve my money.
not a firm I would recommend to anyone except if you want be con jobbed this is the place to go
