Last 2 times me and my wife have been in there the old lady has served us and is very rude and has an attitude, is not helpful at all and is very snappy and blaintly lied to us today about a renewal, rekons she wasnt allowed to scan the code off our phone. Than the 1st time was with my passport photo she took 1 photo and my head was slightly tilted and she again snapped at me rudly sighed and said i was doing her head in, after 1 photo dont want to go back here again.

Edit: went to munno and she confirmed the old lady definitely lied and could scan the barcode from my phone. What an absolute joke. If you cant treat customers with respect when thats all we showed. Then maybe dont be in a customer sevice role you. Definitely be going to munno from now on than this joke of a place.

I came in for my passport appointment today and was honestly really disappointed with the staff. The person I dealt with was unhelpful and seemed pretty uninterested in actually assisting me. I left feeling appalled by the behaviour I experienced. I really hope this gets looked into because it was not the experience I was expecting.

I had to renew my passport by this grumpy, old guy. He was so rude. I had some issues with my bank card for verification as one didn’t include my middle name, did not properly advise and sent me straight home. I remember I had made a call, that same day - had did some research in the library - alerting me that I can still use my card but have a confirmation writing - long story short the guy to apply for the passport would just find whatever reason just to send you home to be difficult - and when you find the loop hole to actually do it CORRECTLY he would just have an attitude.

I understanding working in customer service can be very frustrating but honestly you don’t have the capacity to do your job correctly and just redirect people back home to save yourself something your PAID to do, then the worker minimum wage you have, deserves to lessen cause clearly you don’t want to complete your work obligations

I had one of the worst experiences at this post office. The first time I went to apply for passports for myself and my daughter, our applications were rejected because I had filled out the form incorrectly. The instructions were confusing, and the staff member simply told me to go home and fix it. When I went to another post office, the lady there asked why I hadn’t been allowed to correct the mistake on the spot, which she easily helped me with. The passports were accepted without any issues.

I gave this post office another chance today, but I was disappointed again. My partner’s passport photos, taken that same day at Officeworks, were rejected for being too small. The staff insisted that only they could take acceptable passport photos and that we had to pay for new ones, despite the fact that both mine and my daughter’s photos from Officeworks were accepted without problems. Both of the staff members I’ve encountered here were rude and lacked any sense of customer service. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

I was at this post last week to do kids passport renewal. Guy who was on counter was very mean & rude. He refused our both passport application due to minor thing. But we went to different post office with same documents this week and our both passports are accepted without any complaint. Possibly, Guy was doing this to us because we got our passport photos taken from somewhere outside. Never go to this post, you will get disappointed.

Totally disgusted at the way one grumpy old lady made us feel today. Went to take my child in to get her passport done this morning and we felt completely belittled in front of other customers. Not sure where her customer service skills are, but you could of told us things in a much nicer manner. We went straight to the Salisbury post office after this experience and thank the lord, there is nice customer service out there. So our appointment is now booked in with that post office instead of our local. I will be making a formal complaint, not just a bad review on here.
