We held my mums funeral last Friday 28/7/23 at Enfield Memorial Park. We chose Simplicity Funerals at Enfield, and they did an amazing job. Carol was so helpful. She really went above and beyond to assist us, in making mums service memorable. From picking the coffin to the flowers, photos, and cards everything went to plan. Carol organized Grace to be our Celebrant and do the service, and she also was great. Two very professional people. Overall a huge thank you to Carol, Grace and the whole team at Simplicity Enfield. My mother chose simplicity funerals for her prepaid funeral planner many years ago.
After her passing I met Jake at Simplicity assisted myself and my family through a very emotional time, he made every effort to make sure all our needs were met.
We found everybody there to be very obliging respectful and understanding of our needs.
I have no hesitation in referring other family and friends to Simplicity Funerals in their time of loss.

She was lovely from the outset and throughout the whole process, including communication and arranging the service for our Mum. Carol was very kind, caring and friendly, which helped our family through a very sad and emotional time. We had a very positive experience with Simplicity funerals at Enfield. Kylie was great and made everything clear and simple. Nothing came across as complicated or overwhelming.
Michelle was great as the celebrant. Also easy to deal with and was friendly and compassionate.

Preparing a dignified, fitting, tailored and loving farewell for my father was made all that much easier at a highly emotional and difficult time by the amazing director we had, Carol ♥️
As we worked through and planned a celebration of dad’s life, Carol was with us with every memory, laugh and
tear.
In a short amount of time it felt right and Carol at Simplicity Funerals Enfield was the best support, with nothing being too hard and worked with us and was there for us with that special touch.
Meeting with our celebrant Sharon was also very dignified.
