Was pleased to find a good selection of newspapers here after hunting high & low for a copy of The Saturday Paper. They also stock The Age but it comes a day late these days. Lovely selection of gifts & some clothing as well. Friendly service.

I was really happy to see wonderful changes under new management. The staff are friendly and happy to assist. The clothing selection is fantastic and I was able to do much of my Christmas shopping locally. A welcome change!

I purchased 2 greeting cards which came to $11.98. When I checked my credit card I had been charged $12.16. When I queried the difference over the phone I was asked to return to the shop which I did immediately. It transpired that I had been charged a 1.5% credit card surcharge because my purchase was under $20. My response was that I had never been told a surcharge would apply. My attention was then drawn to a very small sign in size 12 font which apparently I should have noticed. I could have paid cash and would have to avoid a surcharge but I was unaware and not told this was possible. I WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER. In my opinion this is unacceptable business practice.
