Most unprofessional practice, they ignored me for nearly 5 months no call backs or reply to emails which I sent multiple times concerning my case, completely disrespectful, and by far the worst service I have received by annoying in my life, they should NOT be allowed to act on behalf of parents wanting the best for the children, they are disgraceful and I wouldn’t even send my opposition to them they are that bad!!! Appalling
