MT Lawyers responded to my one star review with the claim they haven't had dealings with us. They most certainly have. William Buck (accountants) engaged them on behalf of my business partner & I.

We had engaged William Buck SPECIFICALLY to avoid the possibility of the $13000 fine for incorrect director registration for our new proprietary company.

SPECIFICALLY.

And THAT is what they failed to assist us with. Had I not been an avid watcher of the ABC's news app and somewhat paranoid, we'd have copped $26000 in fines for not getting the mandatory Director IDs.

One would have thought that a law firm specifically involved with business would have been aware that this had come into law in April 2022.

Now maybe you'll remember us.
