I rang this place as recommended by another legal service and tried to explain but the lady I spoke to was very snappy and said we can't help you. When I told her who recommended me to them she said she will ask her manager and never rang back. Obviously people are not functioning at home very well. It's like bashing your head against the wall. This is the third Legal service who didn't do anything.

Absolutely hopeless. You ring and they don't answer, or they put you on hold and then they hang up. Email them asking for help on one of their listed areas of expertise (family law) and they just tell you they can't help without explaining why. Complete waste of time. They really should be held to account or shut down.

Pretty useless when you leave several messages and they dont call back.
Some of the actions witnessed by the lawyers from here are also useless so best to go somewhere else anyway LOL

I called them as per legal aid’s advise but they said they’re booked for upcoming three weeks which is ridiculous. If they cant help you in such situations I dont know whats the use of this procedure then?
